Hale 500 LTD Series Open Bookcases
The 500 LTD Series is Hale's rich contemporary design for the professional with discriminating taste.
Clean lines are created with bull nose front edges on the 1" thick panels including top, ends and adjustable 200 lbs. plus solid wood shelves. Each bookcase is highlighted with precise top-to-end mitered joints and designed with no over-hanging edges to allow back-to-back or end-to-end groupings.
Hale's 500 series features the warmth of Walnut, Oak or Birch standard finishes fashioned with quality wood solids and veneers for strength and durability. A matching 1/4" printed recessed back is standard with each case. Genuine walnut or oak veneer backs are optional with a matched finish on the inside or both inside and outside.
WARRANTY: All 500 Series cases are fully guaranteed against defective in material and workmanship for ten years.

Drawer Options:
Add variety to your storage needs by ordering the drawer option with any standard size bookcase. Installed above and below a fixed shelf, the drawer box is dovetail construction with a solid wood drawer front to create a unit that will meet your bookshelf and storage requirements.
CD Drawer - Front is 7.375"H and full inside width of Bookcase. Inside drawer dimensions: 4.5"H x 32"W x 9.25"D
Lateral File Drawer - Front is 12.5"H and full inside width of Bookcase. Inside drawer dimensions: 10.25"H x 33"W x 17.5"D

Sliding Door:
Choose between glass or wood veneered sliding doors in Walnut, Oak or Birch. Glass doors slide effortlessly on nylon wheels enclosed in the door shoe. Wood doors slide on glides that lock onto the track to prevent jumping. For a nominal fee, plunger locks may be installed in the metal door shoe.

Hinged Door:
For a more traditional cabinet look, the hinged door option is available. Made from solid woods, with stile and rail construction, the hinged door frame is offered with glass or wood inserts. Handcrafted and individually installed, the inset hinged door option is an attractive addition to any bookcase.

Magazine Racks / Newspaper Sticks:
Magazine rack fits on any open bookcase shelf and is available in both permanent and removable styles.

Casters:
Casters are available for 30" H or 36" H Bookcases, adding extra mobility.
Ganging Bolts:
